Galvanized welded mesh for fences, known as galvanized welded wire mesh, is a product obtained from soft zinc wire. It is manufactured using special production equipment. The technological production process of these materials involves the transverse welding of wire strands with a thickness of 1.6 mm, at certain, equal distances between them. The unfolded length of a roll is 20 meters. This type of welded and reinforced galvanized welded fence netting has rows with two wires at the base. They are produced and sold in a diverse range of sizes. It is differentiated mainly according to the height of the roll - 1 m, 1.2 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m, 2 m, but also according to the distance between the wires.

Galvanized welded wire mesh is an extremely efficient product, with a relatively low price level, economical, practical and useful, within various types of activities. It is an optimal and cheap option used in the construction of animal cages / shelters, in wall plastering activities, reinforcing the thermal insulation layer or industrial glass. Galvanized fence netting is also used to fence / delimit various land surfaces, yards, gardens, industrial, agricultural, urban spaces or to carry out various household activities. It is an extremely useful material, easy to mount/dismount on the support poles and easy to replace in case of damage.

Galvanized wire mesh shows a high degree of flexibility due to the mechanical constructive properties characteristic of the wires from which it is made. The metallic coating of the wires with the zinc layer gives this net a high degree of durability over time and a very good resistance against corrosion or external environmental factors.

• the standard method of galvanizing steel wire is that of thermal galvanizing.
• the applied zinc layer requires a metal coating of at least 30 g/m2.
• tolerance of the diameter of the zinc wire: +/- 0.09 mm.
• tolerance of the length of the unfolded roll: - 0 / + 2 %.
